You will learn where they are happy and where they are not. You will become a problem solver and not a sales person by offering a solution and the solution is your business. Find what is missing in their life and offer the solution.

Social Media Marketing Question #2 – How do you like what you do? / You must love your job if you’ve been doing it that long, RIGHT?

By these questions, they will reveal to you their frustrations and problems in their job, either with their salary, working area, workmate or their boss. The usual problem of a regular employee is that they don’t have time to spare to spend with their love ones and to relax to keep up with the bills. Then again, you will offer them a solution.

Social Media Marketing Question #3 – Do you feel things will change with what you’re currently doing, or would you be open to something else that would help you reach your goals?

These questions are the final blow, the answers to these questions are the perfect opportunity to recruit and close the sale. 95% of the people you’ve talked to will answer, yes, I am open to something else and boom! You got them!

Remember that Quality versus Quantity plays a significant factor here. When you understand these 2 components, for sure you will have a lot of recruits and more applications. Imagine, you handled objections no matter what it is with ease and poise, do you think you can recruit more?
