Network Marketing SuccessFor over 30 years,  I have immersed myself in network marketing success. This did not come easily though, as I had to study under the tutelage of network marketing leaders, such as Mike Dillard, Marc Barrett and Mark Yarnell, to name a few.

I was also fortunate enough to have also been given the opportunity to talk to these visionaries. With valuable information at hand and three decades worth of training at the other, I managed to become a network marketing success just like my idols.

Throughout the years, I have seen why some have triumphed and why some have crashed and burned to the ground. It all boils down to these: habits. So if you want to be successful just like me, then here are the five habits you need to keep in mind:

Network Marketing Success  – Habit #1: Personal development.

Network marketing leaders invest a lot of money (and time too) in regard to their personal development.

As a networker, you can only entice individuals who are at the same level as you – or lesser. To wit, if you rank yourself as a number 5 (halfway between 1, a newbie, and 10, an expert), then you can only enlist individuals at rank 5 or lower. But if you develop your personality, you get to hike your rank and recruit ‘higher’ people.

So how can you develop your personality? Make it a point to spend at least 20 minutes of your day browsing through a personality development book. Download behavior development mp3s or podcasts instead of other, non-essential babble. Focus on improving your character and you will become a successful network marketing recruiter – just like your idols.

Network Marketing Success  – Habit #2: Change your Attitude.

Network marketing leaders envision their businesses as big ones before they actually materialize.

For example, if you bought a Pizza Hut franchise for $1 million, you will most likely spend 10-15 hours in your restaurant for 6 to 7 days a week.

Network marketing gurus succeed because they treat their businesses the same way franchisers do. They spend a lot of time and money on their projects, compared to ineffective individuals who treat their businesses as momentary hobbies.

Even if you have a young family and a full-time job, you need to dedicate at least 10 hours weekly for your network marketing business. Before time is up, you must be able to finish high-priority tasks such as searching, presenting, enlisting, teaching and sustaining.

If you want to enjoy network marketing success, you also need to see your glass as overflowing, instead of half-empty or half-full. You need to exhibit a positive attitude.  In fact, successful marketers are so positive, that you would not know if they are having a bad day or not.

Most importantly, you need to be grateful. Before network marketing leaders were able to make thousands of dollars everyday, they were always thankful for the good times and bad times that they have encountered through their journeys.

So if you want to become the best network marketing professional out there, be committed and positive! After all, these attitudes will take you to the top of the networking tower.

Network Marketing Success  – Habit #3: Select the Right Company.

Do you want to earn money? Then avoid jumping ship with a family member or a friend who does not know squat about network marketing. Instead, you need to invest time in researching companies, including their products, management teams, marketing programs, compensation plans and upline teams, to name a few.

Why is it important to spend time learning more about the company? That’s because choosing the best company enables you to win half of the network marketing battle.

Additionally, if you have picked a good company, you can leave all your inhibitions and cruise smoothly throughout the network marketing path. You don’t have to ask yourself, “Did I just invest my hard-earned money for nothing?”

If you want to become just like the world’s best network marketing leaders, then keep these things in mind when choosing a company:

  • The company should have been around for at least 2 years.
  • It should have a successful management team with big businesses and MLM distributor networks.
  • It should offer exclusive, patented, unique products that capture the demand of customers.
  • It should provide products that can elicit fervor and ardor from sellers and purchasers alike.
  • It should offer a weekly compensation plan.
  • It should have solid, upfront money so distributors like you can get their investments immediately.
  • It should have a big back end, so successful marketers can the big commissions that they deserve.

By keeping these pointers in mind, you will be able to choose the perfect company that enables you to experience lucrative network marketing success.

Network Marketing Success  – Habit #4: Always Look for New Prospects.

To network marketing leaders, the activity is not something you include in your daily life. In fact, marketing should be your life.

If you want to gain success, then you should always be in the lookout for new prospects.

Dining in the restaurant? Check if your waiter or waitress can be a good recruit.

Buying groceries? See if you can entice the cashier or the kind old lady behind you.

Depositing your big, fat network marketing check? See if you can gain more money from the teller or the other clients after you.

Watching your daughter during Lacrosse practice? Chat with fellow parents to determine if they are good network marketing candidates.

In summation, if you want to be a network marketing success, you need to be on the lookout for prospects 24/7. After all, these new distributors can add $$$ to your $$$$$.

To wit – if you search for prospects 6 days a week – for 50 weeks in a year – you can bag up as many as 300 new recruits. Even if you have just closed the deal with 10% of these prospects, it still means 30 new distributors for your company. And – if they are as determined as you – then you can enjoy the network marketing success that Dillard, Barrett and Yarnell are well-known for.

Network Marketing Success  – Habit #5: Grace all the Events.

If you want to become one of the country’s best network marketing leaders, then you need to grace as many events as possible. Whether it is a teleconference, a webinar or a meeting, it is important to establish your presence.

In order to reach the paramount of your company, it is important that you attend every regional, local or national conference there is – so you can bask in the view of your successful uplines. Such events – whether big or small – can give you an idea of what makes your uplines so efficacious. While there, find the who’s who of network marketing and make the most of your efforts by listening keenly to them.

Want to be a huge network marketing success? You do not have to be rich in order to do so. As long as you practice these 5 habits of network marketing leaders, you will end up as the cream of the marketing crop.
